Iron Sail, a collective effort aimed at contributing to the development of the blockchain gaming space, will be launching an initial exchange offering (IEO) and initial decentralized exchange offering (IDO) for their latest NFT game, Ark Rivals, in collaboration with game studio, Topebox.
Launching on 22 February 2022, the IEO will be hosted on leading global digital assets exchange and crowdfunding platform, Huobi. Huobi’s IEO exchange platform, Huobi Prime, requires projects to undergo a thorough vetting process and is built for attracting investors of all sizes. By becoming an intermediary to the decentralized fundraising model, Huobi gives investors a sense of confidence and much-needed credibility.
Additionally, Ark Rivals is also conducting an IDO, which will be hosted on notable decentralized fundraising platforms – Polkastarter and KAIstarter. More IDO platforms are expected to be included further down the line and will be announced in due course.
The fundraising for Ark Rivals will reward investors with the game’s native crypto currency, the $ARKN token. Ark Rivals’ investors can use $ARKN tokens to participate in the game’s governance by creating and voting on different proposals, thus truly giving power to the players and shareholders within the game’s community.
This crowdfunding comes off the back of the successful alpha launch of Ark Rivals on 22 January, which opened 1,000 slots to registered players, giving them an early exclusive to the game. This was met with overwhelming support from the community, with almost 80,000 prospective players registering.
The $ARKN token crowdfunding is the next step in Ark Rivals’ journey towards a full launch later this year.
Tri Pham, Founder of Iron Sail, said: “The upcoming IEO, IDO and launch of the $ARKN token are significant steps forward towards realizing our vision of empowering a new generation of gamers, building strong communities that transcend borders, so together, we are able to make…
